Each year, appraisal districts provide property owners with an opportunity to present information that can be used by district representative to develop accurate tax values. Our complete property tax protest package is a cost-effective way to maximize the results of your property tax protest. We will provide you with relevant sales and assessment comparables in your market area. Additionally, you will receive protest forms and a complete set of instructions to guide you through the informal negotiation process. You will also receive an outline for your formal hearing presentation.

Residential Appraisal: $325*

To supplement the Residential Property Tax Protest Package, our appraisers will complete a residential appraisal report for your protest. Your appraisal will provide an accurate and supported market value estimate of your property. While a complete appraisal is generally not required for a successful property tax protest, the appraisal report can be included, when needed, to supplement your presentation for a complicated protest. As a bonus, representatives can present the appraisal to the Assessor for you.
